My mission is to help people fight depression with fitness 

As someone who has navigated the challenges of being diagnosed with bipolar 1 in 2017, I understand the struggle all too well. I’ve experienced the intense highs and lows of manic depression, including a severe manic episode that led to hospitalization for several months. 

These experiences have taught me the importance of resilience and discipline in the healing journey. I’ll provide you with the resources and support you need to tackle mental health challenges with a sense of hope and positivity. Together, we can celebrate each step forward, no matter how small. 

In recent years my father has lost his ability to walk and in order to help out I got a NASM certification for personal training. I unintentionally stumbled across an extremely fulfilling career.
